The third part will be about his position as a god. What will happen to (Sentinel) if he defeats humanity? Mr. Jenkins first helped him introduce the character in 2000. He then returned to the role in 2005, working with John Romita Jr. in the next series. Almost 20 years later, he feels he still carries the Sentry story.

Sentry Is Returning With A New Series, But Not By Paul Jenkins

The Sentry first appeared in the 2000 Marvel Knights miniseries of the same name and was originally published as Stan Lee’s Lost Works in the 1960s. By ingesting a super serum, Robbie Robertson gains the power of “a million exploding suns” and flies off to fight villains from all over the world as a Sentry. But when he discovers that his greatest rival, the Void, is actually his own dark half, the Sentry uses its immense power to protect everyone from himself and the rest of his world. made me forget about his existence. Sentry’s upcoming miniseries is often referred to as Marvel’s Superman and has been teased as his “Reign of Superman” event.

The Sentry has spent the most time in the Marvel Universe since its inception, joining the Avengers and serving as the team’s cannon on multiple occasions. One could argue that other creators didn’t fully understand what Jenkins and his artists were trying to do with his series of Sentry up until this point. The return of the character’s co-creator to complete the Sentry trilogy of stories that began at the beginning of the new millennium is something Marvel should consider in light of the character’s upcoming 25th anniversary.
