Editorial Policy

FilmFrontRow publishes movie news, release and OTT guides, cast guides, explainers and critical-reception roundups. This page explains how we research, write, check and update that content.

Who writes for FilmFrontRow

Articles are published under the name of the editor responsible for them. FilmFrontRow is run from Surat, Gujarat, India. You can reach the editorial team at support@filmfrontrow.com.

How we research

  • We rely first on primary sources: studio and distributor press pages, official streaming-platform announcements, official trailers and verified social accounts.
  • We use reputable entertainment and trade publications as secondary sources and credit them with a link.
  • Rumours and unconfirmed reports are labelled as such (“reportedly”, “according to…”) or left out.
  • Release dates, cast, streaming platforms and box-office figures are checked against at least one primary or two independent reputable sources before publication.

Reviews and opinions

We only publish a first-hand review when a named member of our team has watched the film. Articles that summarise what published critics said are presented as reception roundups, with each opinion attributed to its source. We do not invent star ratings, scores or audience reactions.

Use of AI tools

Some articles are researched and drafted with the help of AI tools. Every such article goes through automated fact-checking against the cited sources, an originality check against our archive and the cited sources, and an editor’s review before it is published. AI-assisted articles carry a note saying so. Featured images marked “Illustration” are original AI-generated artwork, not official promotional material.

Spoilers

Plot endings and twists are placed under a clear spoiler warning.

Sources and links

Sources used for an article are listed at the end of it. External links point to the original source; we do not accept payment for links in editorial content.

Independence and advertising

Advertising, if shown, is kept visually separate from editorial content. Advertisers and studios do not review or approve our articles before publication.
